Neighborhood Music School was founded in 1990 to serve as a community outreach program for the Georgia State University School of Music. Our mission is to provide high quality, university-based music study opportunities to the greater Atlanta community, including private lessons group classes for children and adults, ensemble coaching, master classes, and performance opportunities for all students. We are an active member of the National Guild of Community Schools of the Arts and are Accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music.
